Vicky is an experienced senior communication skills trainer working across all business sectors.

Vicky is an ex-NHS clinician who worked as a CNS, senior manager and consultant nurse both within the health service and voluntary sector. At the height of the AIDS crisis in the late 1980s she worked on the first community palliative care team in Europe working specifically with this group, and having difficult conversations with patients and their loved ones was part of daily practice. Alongside her experience in senior NHS management she completed her MSc in Palliative Care in 2002. Vicky was part of the Covid PMART (Pandemic Multi-Agency Response Team) initiative in 2020.
