Education & Development Consultant and Senior Facilitator
Kate works as an associate for Difficult Conversations, facilitating on the End of Life Care Planning & Communication Skills and Giving Effective Feedback workshops, plus designing and delivering the DC curricula review and contributing to workshop design.
Her background as having worked in the NHS for 20 years providing medical services as a GP, plus in performance and development roles, means that she has ample experience for both workshops.
Kate is a highly rated facilitator and has worked for both University College London and Imperial College London delivering high quality training.
Kate now spends most her time working one-to-one with people considering change in their professional lives. Given the nature of leadership this means she is most often working with senior leaders both in and out of the health sector. Giving and receiving effective feedback is key to being able to evolve as a leader and throughout the effective feedback workshop Kate offers case based guidance and prompts for starting discussion.
