Ali has a PgCE in Higher Education and has lectured at universities as a Senior Lecturer, she is an accomplished trainer who first worked with Difficult Conversations in 2016 whilst Modern Matron for Community Services at a Hospice in South East London. Originally a Registered Nurse, for over 25years she worked in Palliative Care and the sensitive and difficult communication skills required by clinicians practicing in that specialty.
